Cancelled Orders
If an order is placed and cancelled before shipping there will be a 30% Cancellation fee, if an order is cancelled after shipping the cost of shipping is forfeited by the customer and a 50% restocking fee will be applied to any refund.

*Insertable Toys (e.g. Dildos, Butt Plugs Vibrators & Gags), Cock & Ball Toys, Medical Toys, Bras and Underwear (both Men’s and Women’s) for health reasons have a 50% restocking fee applied that will be deducted from the refund, as these products cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
